Hi Paul,
As explained in issue #1, I faced confusion in running the tool/command within the docker.
I have included two paragraphs to briefly describe how to use the tool in a docker-based environment. I hope this inclusion in the README file will enable beginner users like me to utilize the tool conveniently.
